Welcome to the National Sporting Library and Museum
The Library and Museum are located in two buildings on a seven acre campus in Middleburg, Virginia. For several years, the National Sporting Library occupied a pre-Civil War house called Vine Hill. In 1999, on the same property, the Library built a carriage-style building specially designed for its expanding collections. In 2009, Vine Hill was renovated and expanded to become the new Museum dedicated to sporting art. Read more.
As a steward of significant sporting books and art, the National Sporting Library and Museum is privately funded and has been built and sustained by the generosity of collectors and donors.
