You can make a donation online using a credit or debit card via PayPal. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You do not need a PayPal account to make a transaction. Click on the "Donate Now" button following the category under which you wish to donate, and then follow the instructions. Your credit card will be debited for the specified amount. A charge will appear on your credit card statement for the amount donated under the name PAYPAL*NATSPORTLIB or PAYPAL*NATSPORTINGLIBRARY. Donating in Person or by Mail, Fax, or Phone:
You may prefer to send in your donations in person or by mail, fax, or phone. Donations by mail may be paid by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only; no American Express or Discover card); donations by fax or phone are by credit card only:

• Pick up a donation envelope at the NSLM's front desk, fill out the information with payment, and mail in the accompanying envelope or hand to the receptionist.
• Print out the donation form, fill out the form and mail it with your check (to "National Sporting Library and Museum ") or credit card information to National Sporting Library and Museum, P.O. Box 1335, Middleburg, VA 20118.
• Fill out the donation form in the NSLM newsletter and mail to address above.

To make a donation by fax:

• Print out the donation form and fill out the form with credit card information. Fax to 540-687-8540 Attn: Donations.

To make a donation by phone:
